Before we begin, understanding this is essential if you plan to engage in astral work or remote viewing: the astral realm is governed by emotion. Truly knowing your own emotional landscape is the only way to decipher which energies belong to you and which do not. It is entirely possible to absorb external energies—even from sources you have never encountered in the physical world. Energy transfer is real, potent, and can be destructive if you don't navigate it with caution and intentionality.
Having a designated "checkpoint" or safety net is essential. This could be a physical tether—like a favorite tree or a specific location from your past where you felt completely safe. It can be any sanctuary you choose, serving as a peaceful anchor to return to whenever you need to ground yourself.
If you're finding it hard to visualize or hold a mental image, try these methods to help clear your mind, balance your higher energy centers, and work with them more deeply and intentionally.
I don't recommend doing this right after eating. Heavy, dense foods and drinks weigh heavily on the stomach and make it difficult to intentionality draw energy and awareness to the upper energy centers—namely the throat, third eye, and crown.
The best times for visualization are right after waking up or about three hours after eating. Drinking water or a gentle fast can help the process (though I'm not saying you shouldn't eat at all, just to be mindful right before visualization, meditation, or breathwork).
It's like being told not to go for a swim right after eating, as your food hasn't settled yet. Naturally, our bodies are around 70% water, which diminishes when we consume too much heavy, dense food, or if we don't drink enough water over time, leading to dehydration. Now, think of our body as a vessel or a singing bowl filled with water. The lighter we are in our vessel/body, the more receptive we are to frequencies, and the better we can resonate with harmonious frequencies—making it easier to vibrate to higher states of awareness. Also allowing us to maneover between these different states while in meditative states/ dream state.
the energy and actions you spend on the exturnal world will depleat and take away time and energy from your internal world.
Music is a gateway/portal to another realm. if you set and make the intention clear before playing a song it will take you away.
You would kill off the whole roman army with what we have on our shelves.
Another important way to enhance the experience is to take a decent break from your phone, music, and all forms of screens where you use your eyes and other senses, as this zaps your energy.
Think of your energy as "Mana" or a form of energy within a bar showing its level (for your visual understanding). Each action or phone scroll takes away or depletes your energy. Taking a break allows you to fill up this energy bar. With continuous use of your energy day-to-day and never giving your senses a break, you will become unaware of what it's like to actually have nourished energy that isn't wasted outside of yourself.
Always in Our Heads
You may not be consciously aware of it, but most people today are already operating from their top chakras, using the third eye and crown for everyday life.
Because your everyday attachments take up a lot of space, many remain unaware of what they could actually be using that energy for in terms of "spiritual work." and due to them being in the higher energy centres they,ve neglected their lower centre.
Think of it this way: when you watch television—"tell-a-vision"—it consumes the higher energy centers you need for your visual work. You're trading it all for short-term satisfaction that leaves you with nothing in the long run once the end credits hit.
Once you're aware of how important your energy is and how easily it can be consumed, hopefully you'll start looking after it like a brand new pair of white shoes.
Our five senses are like energetic portals that we can manipulate once we begin to view them as tools, as we use them to create the hologram and solidify it in the first place. At the beginning, all senses must come into play to create or manifest our visual playground. Our senses hold memories of our Self.
If I were to place your favorite food on the table in front of you, you'd be able to make the association to your past experience of what it's going to taste like, as you've already eaten it and remember its taste.
But with what I just said above, you had to use your visual mind and senses, as I'm not physically with you. You took my words and recreated a past visual experience within your minds eye. You may have visualed your the food, but proabley didnt visualse the action of you picking the food up as you could already determine the taste.
Understand and feel how powerful our visual minds are to our senses and how at any moment we can relive any past experience or we can flip the intention to go elsewhere.
Not all senses must come into play. Down the line, we can enter and work with the astral realm with simply one or two senses. Once we learn to master our senses, we can, on command, drop them all and be in the void space or a state of dissociation—like when you go into your headspace when the environment gets too noisy or too loud with kids running around (e.g., a kids' birthday party).
Because we are prone to exhausting our energy centres, it's important—if you want to go further with this and utilise them in abstract ways that haven't been done before—to let go of what drains you externally and retreat inward, not as a form of escapism, but as a Self conscious choice. Intentionally turning your awareness inward toward the Self represents a complete paradigm shift if you've never experienced it before.
The Pineal Gland
The pineal gland sits near the absolute middle of your brain and is nested right between the left and right sides i.e hemispheres
just above the stalk that connects the brain to the spine.
its About 0.8 centimeters long and 0.1 grams in adults, resembling a small grain of rice or pine cone.
