An In-Depth Session

Before the Reiki healing begins, we will take plenty of time to discuss any emotions or ongoing issues you may be experiencing. This brings greater awareness to our session and highlights where I should focus my attention. It is also a wonderful opportunity for me to get to know you and the journey that has brought you to where you are today.

How Our Time Together Flows:

• The Connection (~25 mins): An intentional, supportive conversation to map out your current state and target the energetic focus of your session.

• The Healing (~55 mins): A full-body Reiki treatment designed to release stagnant energy, soothe your nervous system, and restore balance.

• The Integration (~10 mins): Space to gently come back into your body, ground yourself, and briefly share any insights or guidance that surfaced during the healing.

Who this is for? 90-minute session is ideal if you are navigating a major life transition, processing heavy emotional obstacles, seeking guidance in a particular path or simply require a deeper level of restorative than a standard session allows.
