Reiki is not a religion nor part of a belief system.

Within Reiki, you tap into your inner feminine energy to heal. Energy doesn’t come with restrictions or rules, other than the boundaries placed upon the self by the subconscious mind. Because anyone can activate either hemisphere of the brain, biological gender is entirely irrelevant to this healing process.

Practitioners act as channels for "universal life force energy" with the usage of ancient symbols, mantras, and visualisation through the initiation and training of a Reiki Master Practitioner.

This “Universal energy” is the same energy as Qi or chi in Chinese medicine, Prana in Ayurveda medicine, Holy Spirit in Christian literature. while working with this energy clients may feel subtle sensations along the body such as “pins and needles”, warmth placements, state of great calmness, relaxation or meditative state.

Based on my own journey, the profound impact of Reiki comes down to how it handles stored emotional weight. From the moment we are born, we accumulate life experiences—some of which are deeply traumatic, like the loss of a loved one, or emotional wounds that cause us to develop coping mechanisms that no longer serve us. We tend to carry this emotional baggage because, at the time, we simply weren’t given the tools, the vocabulary, or the guidance to look within and process it. Drawing in this new, universal energy allows you to shift that old, heavy energy out of your system, replenishing down from the “heavens”

From my journey and delving deep within myself I learned heaven isn’t a place you go to when you die, it’s a state of consciousness/mind. We all can attain through many methods such as meditation, mindfulness, and working with our dream state. Its up to the individual to create their heaven on earth.

Consider how your phone connects to a cellular tower. It constantly transmits data packages directly through the air; you cannot physically see the signal, yet you never question its existence once your phone shows full coverage.

Unlocking the car from inside your house works the exact same way. The key fob transmits a specific, encrypted code via radio frequencies. The second you press the button, those data streams travel invisibly through an electromagnetic field to your car. You can't see the waves floating across your driveway, but you accept the reality the moment the doors unlock.

It is often only when a physical reaction occurs that the logical mind is satisfied. Reiki operates on this exact same blueprint. While universal life force energy is non-physical and invisible to the naked eye, it moves directly through the internal body to clear the trauma stored within. I act purely as a clear conduit, channeling this subtle energy from higher realms of consciousness straight to your system.
